What we do
Usability review
We watch people use what exists, on their own work, not a demo script. What we report back is where they hesitate, what they avoid, and which tasks take four screens when they should take one.
User research and journey mapping
Interviews with the people who will actually use the thing, mapped into the sequence they work in. In business software the job is usually understood already. The value is in seeing where the software disagrees with it.
Wireframes and interactive prototypes
Clickable prototypes people can use and react to before anyone writes code. Changes at this stage cost hours. The same change after development costs weeks.
Interface design and design systems
Visual design taken through to a component set your developers can build from, so screen twenty looks like screen one and the next feature does not restart the argument.
Design for handover
Specifications, states, edge cases and behaviour documented properly. Every interface has an empty state, an error state and a loading state, and those are the ones that get skipped and then improvised badly.
